Best hotel stay ever..

Love to stay there, clean, close to everything, I booked the golf cart with them as well. Easy and very helpful with all the questions I had.

The non-room facilities for great. We hung out at the various pools most days, along with spending several hours each day down in the ocean. The beach was nice. You should expect to be solicited constantly on the walk from the pools to the beach though. T-shirts were cheap but the constant solicitation can be annoying. One of our kids really enjoyed the waterslides. Restaurant options were great and the food varieties were perfect for my family of 5, especially 2 picky eaters. We also enjoyed the 24hr Lounge for snacks, beverages, and watching the World Cup. The main feedback we would give is regarding the rooms. They appear to be in desperate need of an update. It felt "cheap", "worn out", and "sterile". We had a 3 night/2 day stay. Check In/Out was simple. I found Riu Palace on deal through Expedia. It was a great time, but I would probably try a different resort next time.

Everything about this property was perfect! The staff was exceptional!

Bugs could come in from underneath the glass doors
